Who is responsible
beylis.estate is operated by Elizaveta Beylis, real estate consultant. Anything you send through this site reaches her directly. It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.
What is collected
What you type in: name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and, where relevant, the address of the property you asked about, a preferred viewing time and the kind of meeting. The page the enquiry came from and the language you were reading in are stored too, so I know what it is about before I call.
What is generated automatically: the server keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, the address requested and the browser type. They are used for security and operation only and are discarded after a short period.
What this site does not do
There are no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no share buttons that report back to a social network. The fonts are served from this site's own server rather than a font service, so your browser contacts no other host while you read.
That is also why there is no cookie consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in a database on a dedicated server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein), with a daily backup retained for fourteen days. Access is password-protected and limited to the consultant.
A copy of each enquiry is also emailed to her, so it reaches her when she is not at a computer.
For how long
An enquiry is kept for as long as it is relevant — until it has been dealt with, and then for a reasonable period for continuity and accounting. You may ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong or out of date, and ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered within a reasonable time.
You may also ask at any point to stop receiving marketing contact — by reply, on WhatsApp or by email. That takes effect immediately.
Property photographs
Photographs uploaded to the site are re-encoded on the server. That strips the EXIF data a camera or phone embeds in the file, including the location tag — so a photograph of a home does not carry the home's coordinates with it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change — adding a measurement tool, for instance — will appear here before it takes effect.
