Accessibility statement
Our commitment
This site was built to be usable by anyone, including people with disabilities — screen reader users, people navigating by keyboard alone, and people who enlarge text.
Accessibility work follows Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the WCAG guidelines, at conformance level AA.
What was actually done
Full semantic structure with landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a “skip to main content” link at the start of every page.
The site is fully operable by keyboard, and the focus indicator is clearly visible on every interactive element.
Text contrast ratios were measured against the backgrounds actually used and meet level AA; form field boundaries were checked separately against the requirement for user interface components.
Every form field has a persistent label rather than only placeholder text, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
Every meaningful image has alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
The site honours the “reduce motion” system preference: smooth scrolling and animations switch themselves off.
The site works right-to-left in Hebrew and left-to-right in English, including correct isolation of numbers and currency inside Hebrew text.
There is no auto-playing audio or video, and no time limit on any action.
Known limitations
Property photographs are uploaded by the consultant. A new photograph may occasionally go up before full alternative text has been written for it — if you meet one, please tell us and it will be completed.
Content hosted elsewhere (a link to a social network or a property portal, for example) is outside our control and subject to that service's own accessibility.
This statement covers the website only. Accessibility of the physical office is the responsibility of the office the consultant works from.
