Elizaveta Beylis
A penthouse nearly sells itself. Everything else needs someone who works.

I'm Elizaveta, a real estate agent at RE/MAX. I'm new to this and I'm not hiding it — I think it's the reason I'm worth calling. I didn't come into this work with the habits of a market that got used to doing too little and hoping for a lot.
What I did bring with me is marketing. Every property deserves to be shown at its best — and that matters most for a one-room apartment in an old Haifa building, not for a penthouse facing the sea. A penthouse very nearly sells itself. A small apartment sells only if somebody took the trouble: photographed it properly, wrote about it properly, and put it in front of the right people.
Buyers today don't start on Yad2. They start with a story, a video, a message someone forwarded them. So my listings live on social media, not only on the portals — that's not decoration, that's where your buyer actually is.
And the part I care about most: you'll never be chasing me. WhatsApp, phone, email, a message late at night — pick whatever suits you, and you get an answer. Including when the answer isn't what you were hoping to hear.
It sells because somebody bothered to show it properly.

What I actually do
- 01
Shot like it matters
A photographer, not my phone. Video and a walkthrough, so buyers arrive already knowing the layout.
- 02
Its own page, not a row
A dedicated page you can send to one person — the link survives a WhatsApp forward, which is how your buyer will actually get it.
- 03
Targeted distribution
Yad2 and Madlan, the RE/MAX agent network, and paid social aimed at the people who buy on your street.
- 04
A written report every week
How many looked, how many came, what they said, and what I think we should change. In writing, every week, whether the news is good or not.
